Billin provides you three ways of managing your product using barcodes.
1.If your product already has a barcode then you can enter barcode at the time of adding your product.
2.If your product does not have any kind of barcode and you wish to use it within your store then you can avail for internal barcode.
2.If your product does not have any kind of barcode and you wish to use it globally then you can avail for external barcode issued via GS1.
You will find a very easy interface for printing your EAN 13 barcode with variety of option including color, width, height etc.
You can attach your scanner and use at during invoicing. If you are using our mobile application then your camera can be used as an scanner. You do not have to buy a scanner

Billin has a very simple invoicing interface. It allows you to manage your invoices smartly (smart invoicing). Billin allows you to add customers at run time or choose from existing customer list. It also allows to keep customer wallet and use previous balance or keep excess paid amount in customer wallet which can be used at later stage. Billin has integrated mobile camera as barcode scanner for fast invoicing. For web portal scanners can be used for invoicing. Billin enables partial payments of invoices. We also keep in mind customers who return or want to exchange product. You can edit same invoice or cancel it based on your need. Last but not least Billin allows you to share invoice over sms, whatsapp or customer email with variety of invoice formats to choose from.

Supplier Management

Purchase Management refers to sourcing of goods & services from different suppliers. The Purchase Management extension allows you to manage suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and incoming shipments. You can add suppliers to a product, specifying each supplier's price & order quantity. A draft purchase order is created when any product goes out of stock. After receiving the incoming shipments and the inventories becomes updated. You can also receive partial shipments too.

Billin helps in managing your purchases from your suppliers and also provides a detailed report of all the purchases you have made from your suppliers. You can filter the report a per custom date range, branch, employee or purchase status.


Smart Wallet

E-wallet is an arrangement of online prepaid payment system where a person will be able to add in some money and then use it when and as required. In such kind of facility, customers will be able to shop for a number of things, pay utility bills and do much more. You can carry out all these activities without having to use a debit card or credit card.

Billin has two major types of wallet Customer wallet and Supplier wallet. If you pay excess amount to your supplier then your excess amount is added to your supplier wallet. If your customer has paid you excess then you can keep that amount in customer wallet. At the tie of purchase amount from wallet can be used to pay current purchase.

Data Security

Data security refers to the process of protecting data from unauthorized access and data corruption throughout its lifecycle. Data security includes data encryption, tokenization, and key management practices that protect data across all applications and platforms.
