1. Terms
This page is the License Agreement between you or the entity that you represent and Intelligent IT SRL governing your use of Billin. If you do not agree to these, we are unwilling to license our Software to you.

1.You must be 14 years or older to use this Service
2.You must be human.
3. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
4. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your database. Any loss or damage from your failure to
comply with this security obligation.
2. License to use our Service
Billin is an application that allows you to easily create custom invoices for your clients and also allows the user to keep them in good order and know exactly which payments have been received and which are overdue.
Fees and Taxes: If you register for a paid license, you must designate from the site a payment method you are authorized to use and provide us with accurate and up to date billing and payment information. We will bill you for paid license, including any applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, through the payment method you designate and you agree to pay us for all charges incurred under your account.
Paid Licenses are billed in advance upon delivery of that Service. The Authorization Code is received only after all
the charges are paid. All charges are non-refundable even if you eventually stop using the Service.
3. Governing
Law
You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this
Agreement or your use of the Services shall be filed by you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal
jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
